I grew up in New York City and was indelibly influenced by the energy and creativity of this great city.
Having lived outside USA for the most of my life, has given me a more global perpective which is reflected in my art.
My nature and scenic paintings show how light, shadow and reflections affect how we perceive our environment.
In the USA I attended the New York highschool of Music and Art, the Pratt Institute of Art and Design, and the University of Maryland and worked for 5 years in the New York Times PR and Promotion Department.
In Denmark I worked for the City of Copenhagen as a cartographer and illustrator.
I created covers and illustrations freelance for the World Nature Foundation and for various publishing houses, including Borgen, Gyldendal, Grafisk and Munksgård.
I have also taken part in a number of art and graphic exhibitions.
